Heather’s buddy Dina Spybey Waters made her the lookalike doll.
The photo features a plastic Heather holding onto a glass of “champs” in one hand and a Chanel purse in the other.
The doll wears a blinged-out pantsuit and black and gold heels. Heather’s hair in the photo served some ’80s realness with its height and size.

“Love it,” she wrote. She made sure to tag Barbie.
Some of her followers got confused and thought the doll looked like her former RHOC costar Gretchen Rossi, who is currently expecting her first child with fiancé Slade Smiley.
