Kelly, 43, shared an Instagram video of her in a sexy bikini while walking around a resort in Cabo.
The footage primarily focused on her ripped midsection while she made her way towards her man.
Kelly's followers took notice of her stunning beach body and left tons of compliments in the comments section.
"Uhmmm Kelly whatever you are doing to look this fab is working #goals please share your secret," one wrote.
"It should be a crime to walk around looking so incredible!" another fan commented.
Kelly spent time in Cabo with Brian and her RHOC costar Emily Simpson over the past week. Both of them are returning for the show's 14th season later on this summer.
