Kelly Dodd is keeping it real on social media! The Real Housewives of Orange County star shared a video on Instagram ahead of her vaginal rejuvenation procedure on May 29. She went to the same plastic surgery office where her boyfriend, Dr. Brian Reagan, works. Scroll through for more details.
Kelly, 43, shared a video of the woman setting up her procedure and said, “I am going to be getting Co2Re Intima done to tighten up the vag.”
She also revealed she was going to get a skin tightening, microneedle procedure called Morpheus 8 on her legs and face. The RHOC star told her physician, “My face is falling.”
Kelly told her physician, “I try to keep it tight and right, that’s what I’m trying to do.”

She happily shared that she got her vaginal rejuvenation where her boyfriend practices. Kelly told cameras, “I gotta tell you it really works but you have to get touch ups every year.” She added, “Everybody come into CosmetiCare. It’s fun in here! Everyone saw my vagina.”
On the CosmetiCare Instagram, Kelly said, “What really bothers me about my face is my jowls. So, if someone takes a picture of me and I see it down, it bothers me.”
Her physician also explained, in addition to the Morpheus 8, they would apply some Botox to her jawline, cheeks, and neck.
