Tamra Judge Sells Her $2 Million Home Following Her ‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Exit
Tamra Judge is moving out. During her appearance on the Thursday, February 20, episode of Jeff Lewis Live on Sirius XM Radio, the reality star, 52, revealed that she sold her $2 million home she shared with husband Eddie Judge in Coto De Caza, California.
During her interview, Tamra revealed that Shelley Black of Veranda Realty approached the couple with a buyer in January 2020, shortly after the star declined Bravo’s offer to return to Real Housewives of Orange County in a limited role.
“I had so much happen to me in one week,” Tamra explained. “Our house wasn’t even on the market! My good friend Shelley Black … she said ‘Hey, I have somebody who wants to buy your house.’” The couple purchased the 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in October 2018 with the help of Shelley who also confirmed the sale on Instagram.
Tamra told Lewis, the former star of Bravo’s Flipping Out, that the buyers offered to pay $200,000 more than she had paid for it less than two years ago. “I was like, ‘Sold!’” Tamra said, noting that the property was in escrow.

The home includes an open floor plan with oversized windows which allows light to filter throughout the first floor living space. There’s also a formal dining room, a living room with a first place, a family room, a walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry, an office and an open kitchen with Carrara marble countertops, and stainless-steel appliance.
Despite the timing, the former RHOC star insisted that the selling of her home had nothing to do with her financial situation. “Everybody’s going to be like, ‘Oh my god she can’t afford her house,’” Tamra joked. The mother of four runs two successful businesses with Eddie, 46—CUT Fitness, a gym in Rancho Santa Margarita, and Vena Wellness, a CBD business.
As OK! readers know, on Saturday, January 25, Tamra announced on her Instagram account that she would be leaving the RHOC franchise after it was revealed that she was bumped down to a limited role on the show. The Vena Wellness founder joined the show during its third season in 2017 and was the longest-running full-time cast member in Housewives history.
“It’s been a wild 12 year, but it’s time for me to move on,” Tamra captioned a snap of her and Eddie, 46. “I’m sad to go but I’m very excited about my future. Love you guys.”
