Gabriella was seen opening up presents on Teresa's Instagram Stories earlier this week. The fitness competitor's posts come just a few days after a judge granted Joe's request to be sent back to Italy as he awaits a decision on his deportation case.
The construction business owner was taken into ICE custody in March 2019 after serving 41 months in prison for fraud. On September 11, Joe requested to be sent back home to New Jersey until a final decision was made. But 10 days later, a judge denied his request.
On September 21, the mom of four spoke candidly about the decision and how she's dealing with the ongoing drama.“It’s a sad time with my husband and everything, so we’re going to try and work it out as best we can,” Teresa told Us Weekly.“The most important thing is our four daughters, so I’m hoping Joe is able to stay in the United States.
