Teresa Giudice has stuck by her husband Joe Giudice during his prison sentence, but should he get deported, she’s giving him the boot! The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion has yet to air but according to reports, she told her costars their marriage wouldn’t last if Joe were sent back to his native Italy.
The RHONJ season nine reunion was pre-taped in early January. When the subject of Joe getting deported was brought up, Teresa, 46, told her castmates, “We’d go our separate ways,” sources confirmed to Us Weekly.
A source also revealed toPEOPLE, “Teresa told Andy that if Joe gets deported, she’s not going.”
“She said that she and Joe had talked about it over the phone and that he understood,” said the insider. Teresa has allegedly also discussed the possibility with their four daughters.

On October 10, 2018, an immigration judge ruled that Joe, 46, must be deported back to Italy when his three-year prison sentence for conspiracy and bankruptcy fraud charges is up. Although he grew up in the United States, Joe was born in Italy, and never obtained U.S. citizenship.
Teresa previously told Andy Cohen at a past reunion that she was open to moving her family to Italy with Joe. “I mean, Italy’s a beautiful place to live. I wouldn’t mind, you know, I’m just saying. Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that’s what’s going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can.”
