‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Star Joe Giudice's Deportation Appeal Denied

Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe has had his deportation appeal denied. The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's custody after serving a prison sentence for fraud and could be deported to Italy.
Joe, 46, filed an appeal in November 2018 to stay in the U.S. after a judge ordered for his deportation. “The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed the case on April 11, 2019,” The Executive Office for Immigration Review exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
Teresa’s husband still has a chance to appeal the denial of his deportation appeal prior to the federal courts’ final decision.
“We are extremely disappointed that the Board Of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters,” James J. Leonard Jr., the Giudice family attorney said in an exclusive statement to American Media, Inc.

Teresa, 46, told her RHONJ co-stars during the season 9 reunion in March 2019, if Joe gets deported to Italy she will not move there with their four daughters. “I mean, unless my kids say, ‘Mommy, I want to move to Italy,’” Teresa said. She explained her oldest daughter Gia has college plans in the U.S. and her second oldest Gabriella already said no.
She continued, “I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it. You know, I want somebody with me every day. I know exactly what happens. You know, I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens. We do the long-distance thing; it’s not going to work. I’d be like, ‘Bye-bye.’”
Joe was detained by ICE in March 2019 after serving a nearly three-year prison sentence for fraud.
