PHOTOS‘RHOP’ Star Gizelle Bryant Reveals She’s Dating Her Cheating Ex-Husband Again A Decade After Their Divorce

Gizelle Bryant and her ex-husband Reverend Jamal are dating again a decade after their divorce! The couple was married from 2002 to 2009 and split after Jamal had an affair. Gizelle told her Real Housewives of Potomac costars about their new relationship during the season 4 reunion on September 15.
Gizelle, 49, told her castmates that Jamal, 48, was “heavily pursuing” her and that they have been dating since last year. “I am enjoying the pursuit and I am open,” she said. “There’s nobody who knows me like that man.”
Gizelle addressed Jamal’s affair, which ultimately ended their marriage. “I look back and I just feel like, nobody is what their mistakes are. I feel like he’s a different person, I’m a different person,” she said.
“So we’re baby stepping, but we’re moving in a direction that we want to move into. And I do love when we’re all together as a family,” the RHOP star added. The couple coparents their 14-year-old daughter Grace and 13-year-old twin daughter Angel and Adore.
Gizelle admitted their daughters are “a little confused” about the blossoming relationship. “They’ve never seen us together in that way,” she said. “We got divorced 12 years ago. So when he comes into town and he wants to take me out, they’re like, ‘Wait a minute, aren’t we all going?’ ‘Cause that’s what they normally do.” Jamal practices his ministry at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, while Gizelle and their daughters live in Potomac, MD.
Fans and Gizelle’s castmates alike have speculated that the couple was back together after she began sharing photos of him on Instagram. “I actually heard about it from someone in the front pew at his church in Atlanta,” RHOP star Karen Huger said at the reunion.

Candiace Dillard added, “I peeped that at Andy Cohen’s baby shower. We went out after and I said, ‘You and Jamal should start dating again. And you were like, ‘Why do you say that?’ You didn’t even blink.”
Ashley Darby and Robyn Dixon also expressed their support for the couple at the RHOP reunion. “It’s nothing like having your best friend who you know has your back and is supportive, regardless of what you’ve been through,” Robyn, 40, said.
Following the reunion, Gizelle posted a photo with Jamal on Instagram captioned, “He’s got my back!”
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes, who has dealt with her husband’s Gregg’s infidelity, commented her support for the reunited couple. “Come on and join the 2nd chance at love crew,” she wrote.
