The 27-year-old, who looked as toned as ever on the runway for Balmain’s Spring 2015 show during Paris Fashion Week, dished to Style.com that it’s a “lot of exercise” and dieting. And that's not all she spilled!

The Mad Max: Fury Road actress said she does Pilates workouts on the regular. “I train with a woman in L.A. named Andie Hecker, who used to be a ballet dancer. She has a studio called Ballet Bodies, and I love to work out with her because she knows exactly how I want my body to look—lean and toned,” she said.

She also sad she mixes Pilates with an exercise routine called “Body by Simone,” which has classes in New York and Los Angeles. “It’s been more of a high-powered aerobics workout,” she said. “You listen to a lot of dance music and fun music. You’re like a pop star for an hour.”

And in case you’re wondering, the blonde bombshell, like you, also sweats during a workout. “You sweat a lot. It’s a tough workout, but it’s good,” she said.

As for diet, Huntington-Whiteley is a foodie. “I love to eat. I really enjoy food. It’s one of the many great things in life,” she said. “I’m a big believer in not depriving myself of anything,”

Rosie said she looks for a happy medium in her daily routine. “It’s all about finding balance and working out, making good choices for yourself when you can.”
