Teen Mom OG viewers were left in shock last night! Ryan Edwards' wife, Mackenzie, appeared on the reality series just months after revealing the two are no longer filming for the show.
Mackenzie left audiences in shock on Monday night after she was featured on the episode.
The reality star's pregnant wife appeared in a scene with Ryan's parents, Jen and Larry. The three discussed her growing baby bump and their thoughts on private school for Ryan's son with Maci Bookout, Bentley.
As previously reported, Ryan and Mackenzie stopped filming to the reality show.

"We're not returning to Teen Mom this season. The network told us they don't want to show Ryan as a recovering addict," Mackenzie claimed back in July to E! News. "But they did want to enter a contract with our unborn baby and have the baby film with Ryan's parents so it would look like someone else is raising it."
If the networked asked the two to return to the show, it's not happening! Mackenzie claimed, "If they don't want to film now, then we don't want to film later."
