Ryan Lochte is looking drained, just several days after the birth of his baby boy. The Olympian wasn't busy changing diapers, though. He was on dog-walking duty, taking a break from his new family to cater to his two cute pets.

The 32-year-old dressed very casually for the early stroll, wearing a grey T-shirt and sweatpants. The new dad is engaged to Kayla Rae Reid and sounds like he is more than ready for fatherhood.

Ryan and Kayla welcomed their son Caiden Zane Lochte on Thursday, and we're sure he'll be swimming in no time. Meanwhile, Ryan confirmed that he plans on earning more gold medals in 2020.
