So how does Ryan keep up with his perfect physique? The father of three told Men’s Health of staying active, “Staying fit in your thirties, it’s not easy. You have to work twice as hard for half the results. But I think it’s something all men need to consider. It really benefits the ageing process if you are fit. It makes getting older easier, or less unpleasant, anyway.”
