Are Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor headed towards the alter together? The couple has been dating on and off for three years, however they might be taking the next big step in their relationship as they were recently seen house hunting together.
They were seen looking at options in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.
They both kept it super casual in the fashion department, with Ryan sporting a gray t-shirt under a bomber jacket and Shayna wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, leggings and boots.
According to the New York Post, Ryan moved out of his posh West Village rental home to the luxurious Upper East Side, where his current digs were $75,000 a month. Whoa!

He reportedly looked at a $24 million, four-bedroom penthouse, as well as one for $18.5 and another for $29.5 million. Not too shabby for the Live With Kelly and Ryan host!
One of the properties reportedly has a chef’s kitchen, which would be great for Shayna as she is an avid healthy cook.
Sources said earlier this year that he might be thinking about marriage (his first ever) with Shayna. Could this “move” take them one step closer to the alter?
