The happy family was photographed taking baby Saint for a doctor’s visit!
Daddy was carrying the newborn in his baby carriage, while Mommy was holding North.

Now that their second child has arrived, Kimye reportedly already has her eyes set on having a third!
However, due to pregnancy complications with Saint, a RadarOnline expert said expanding her family would be a “very high risk decision.”
