Sara, who was integral to reviving the show in the first place, was among the first cast members to speak out about its cancellation. She told People, “This has been a very difficult week. A lot of people have been hurt by this.”
She added, “I will say I’m proud of the show we made. The show has always been about diversity, love and inclusion and it’s sad to see it end in this way. I’m sad for the people who lost their jobs in the process, however I do stand behind the decision that ABC made.” Since then, however, ABC has agreed to greenlight a spinoff of Roseanne by way of an upcoming series titled The Conners (Roseanne will not be a part of it).
But on Sunday Sara looked like she had put all the drama behind her as she and Linda went on a stroll in Hollywood with little Rhodes.
Rhodes is Sara’s third child (she had two older ones—a daughter Sawyer, 11, and son Levi, 11—who she shares with ex Allison Adler).
