Modern Family's Sarah Hyland has had enough of her chronic pain. The TV star took to social media to vent about her illness and her frustration that she's being ignored by doctors. Click through for more details.

"For those who are chronically ill and in chronic pain: Have you had the experience of doctors not listening to you?" Sarah, 27, tweeted on Wednesday. "If so, how do you not tear their heads off with your bare hands? :)"

The actress has discussed her ongoing battle with chronic pain, as a result of kidney dysplasia, before.

"I would be in a lot of pain a lot of the time," she told Good Morning America in 2012 of filming Modern Family. "If I didn't get, like, 12 hours of sleep — it felt, like, none at all."

Most recently, Sarah shared on Instagram that she would be resting for six to eight weeks because of the pain. "I'm ok with it," she wrote under an image of her, her dog, and some snacks.

Lucky for her, Sarah's boyfriend, former Bachelorette contestant Adam Wells, is there to support her during this time. She 'grammed a pic of some flowers the reality TV star and DJ sent her. "Best boyfriend ever?" she wrote. "Yep.”
