Despite looking so thin that she could "fall right over," according to an attendee at that same party at Omnia nightclub, friends insist that there's nothing to worry about.

"Sarah's always been small, so when she loses a few pounds it shows," a pal said of the 5"2 star. However, the same friends are saying that she's happy and healthy right now, mostly due to her new relationship.
