It must be so nerve-wrecking thinking about what your baby is going to end up looking like, and Scarlett Johannson admits that she was shocked by her baby Rose' appearance!
In the latest issue of W magazine, the 30-year-old actress says, "When she came out of me, I was so surprised. I had a very strong picture in my mind of what my baby would look like. And, of course, she is completely different."

But completely different definitely isn't a bad thing! She's "perfect," Scarlett continued. "But not what I’d imagined. Now, of course, I can’t picture her any other way.”
