The two had some fun driving around on a golf cart before catching some waves.
Bella just returned from Shanghai, where she walked in the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, while her sister, Gigi Hadid, stayed home because she was reportedly denied her visa and couldn't get into the country.
The 21-year-old has been rumored to be back with her ex, The Weeknd, who recently split from Selena Gomez. "Right after things ended he got back in touch with Bella and they’ve been texting non-stop," A source told OK! "There’s a very strong chance they’ll get back together."
