It’s been all fun and games for Scott Disick recently, but now it’s getting serious! The reality star was seen having a tense conversation with Kourtney Kardashian amid an alleged custody battle!
The pair were seen together for the first time without their kids on May 24 in Calabasas taking a walk with solemn looks.
Kardashian, 37, is reportedly ready to take on Disick, 32, in a custody battle for their children — Mason, 6; Penelope, 3 and Reign, 1.

They’re also planning on divvying up their shared assets since they know they won’t ever get back together. “They both know there’s no going back,” a source said.
Scott, who recently took their kids while Kourtney partied in Las Vegas, is reportedly holding secrets over her head, threatening a tell-all “if Kourtney doesn’t agree to fair terms.”
Meanwhile, Kourtney is reportedly peeved about Scott’s new girlfriend — who is a Kendall Jenner lookalike — because she “never thought he would be so obvious in public so soon.”
