He’s on his own now! Scott Disick has moved his things out of Kourtney Kardashian’s Calabasas, Calif. home and is ready to embark on his new bachelor life at his Beverly Hill mansion.
Disick’s assistant was seen moving his things on July 8, while Kourtney was in Disneyland celebrating Penelope Disick’s 3rd birthday.
She was later seen bringing them to his $3.2 million bachelor pad he purchased in December as an investment while staffers cleaned his new residence and finished up landscaping.
A neighbor of Scott’s in Beverly Hills said that he’s been there infrequently but “has been nothing but an absolute gentleman” during their interactions.

Scott and Kourtney split after almost 10 years of dating and three children after the Lord Disick was busted in Monte Carlo getting close to his ex, Chloe Bartoli.
