About one year ago, Selena Gomez silently checked herself into a treatment center, citing "exhaustion" at the time. But could she be headed back to rehab?
Selena's known to hit a few Hollywood parties with her famous pals, but she was looking especially tired and burnt out leaving the Vanity Fair Oscars party last month.
And though Sel attended the Oscars party with her rumored beau, Zedd, sources say she's still not over Justin Bieber. "She’s falling down the same emotional rabbit hole" that she was in last year when she went to treatment, says a source.
And Justin, who just turned 21, has been flaunting his outings with Hailey Baldwin, which is also bringing Selena back into her emotional downward spiral.

Meanwhile, Selena has noticeably gained weight, all while being treated for lupus. "When she is feeling sad or confused, she’s more likely to try to soothe herself with alcohol," a source says.
Sources say that Selena's out-of-control friends like party-hopping Cara Delevingne may be responsible for her relapse, too! Who else is a negative influence on Sel? And do her friends think she needs help?
