Selma Blair is a fighter! The American Crime Story star has had a "rough" couple of weeks dealing with the side effects of her multiple sclerosis treatments, but looked radiant and healthy as she grabbed coffee with a female friend at Starbucks in Studio City, California on Thursday, May 16.

Selma, 46, wore a cream cable knit sweater with pink sweatpants and sneakers. She wore her blonde hair down and shielded her eyes from the sun in chic shades.

Selma has received a lot of praise from the MS community for raising awareness about the disease.

"I think that she’s living through this disease and coming to terms with what it means for her, but doing it in a way of just being so open and honest and representing so many people," fellow MS sufferer Jamie-Lynn Sigler, 37, told Entertainment Tonight.

"She’s making such a great change. And I think that it’s just another step in what we need for the awareness and hopefully more funds to eventually erase MS," the Sopranos star added.

Despite often feeling sick from the brutal treatments to combat the disease, Selma has maintained a positive outlook. She even shared a photo on Instagram on Thursday, May 16, of herself playing tennis!

Selma's main motivation for staying healthy is her son Arthur Saint Bleick, 7. "My dream is that I get to be a useful mom, as long as this kid wants me, which is about one more year," she joked in her speech at the 26th annual Race to Erase MS gala on Friday, May 10.
