Serena Williams Debuts First Photo Of Baby Girl & She’s Even Cuter Than You Imagined
Serena Williams shared the first picture of her baby girl on Wednesday morning! Nearly two weeks after giving birth to her first child, the tennis star took to Instagram to not only post an oh-so cute photo of her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. (she’s named after her daddy, Alexis Olympia Ohanian), but also to share an adorable video of her pregnancy journey.
Serena first posted to her Instastory, where she showed the day she brought her baby girl home.
“We’re leaving the hospital after six, seven days,” she said as she held Alexis in her arms. “It’s been a long time, we had a lot of complications, but look who we got, we got a baby girl!”
The video also included an introduction slide that displayed, "Hello, world. Baby girl Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.,” on the screen. "Born: September 1, 2017. Weight: 6lb 14oz. Grand slam titles: 1." As OK! readers’ know, the new mommy won her 23rd Grand Slam at the Australian Open while 8 weeks pregnant, which she revealed a short time after.
