According to Orange County Superior Court docs obtained by RadarOnline.com, Shannon, 53, has requested physical custody of the couple’s 16-year-old daughter, Sophie, and 13-year-old twins, Stella and Adeline.
Shannon claimed that the children have been living with her since September, but moving forward, the docs state that David, 53, will be given opportunities to visit with the children.
In addition, Shannon requested spousal or domestic support, and that David pay her attorney’s fees and “further” relief determined by the court.

Shannon claimed that David has earned $1,795,000 in 2017 through October 31. In the docs, she also claimed to have earned $22,000 a month as a “reality television personality” but spent $55,000 a month on expenses.
Shannon and David’s up-and-down marriage has been well documented on RHOC. The couple reconciled after David had an affair, but this season he and Shannon grew up apart as she became concerned with her recent weight gain and he spent more and more time isolated at the gym.
