According to The Atlanta Journal Constitution, a lawsuit was filed against Whitfield on Dec. 17 in Fulton County Superior Court by Stoploss Specialists!

The company, which is described as an “emergency response contractor,” said in the suit that it signed a deal with Whitfield on Dec. 17 of 2014 to “supply equipment, labor and/or materials for the improvement”

The Journal Constitution added that the contractor is suing Whitfield for unpaid bills of around $15,450. And with the addition of late fees and charges related to the project, the suit is asking for a total of $23,000 from the reality star.
