Eva did open up about her first daughter, Esmeralda, to Wendy Williams though. Speaking about how she and Ryan came up with her unique name, she explained, “We love The Hunchback of Notre Dame, we loved the name, the cartoon and the novel…it just kind of kept coming back to us.”
