Snooki has a secret, but the cat’s out of the bag now! Nicole Polizzi revealed to her stunned Jersey Show besite Jenni “JWoww” Farley that she got a boob job!
The pair were filming their #MomsWithAttitude web show when the ultimate reveal happened, but JWoww didn’t even realize at first.
"I'm one week out of surgery, so they are very crazy,” she said. “My nipples are, like, falling off. I look like Frankenstein right now, but I haven't told Jenni."

"If she doesn't notice, I swear this friendship is over — I'm not doing this show anymore. I'm walking off set,” Snooki said.
Farley even had to poke her bestie’s breast to make sure! "You actually did! ... I thought you were wearing a really good sports bra,” she added.
Snooki, who is mom to son Lorenzo, 4, and daughter Giovanna, 2, with husband Jionni LaValle, said it was to boost her self esteem after having children. "I'm in my prime right now," she said. "I'm going to be 29, and I want to be as hot as I can. ... I call this my little mommy makeover."
