The 19-year-old fashion model hung out with Scott for a morning shopping run to Gucci and Maxfield.
She looked chic in a white shirt and light denim jeans, while Scott also kept it casual in a black shirt and denim pants.
According to Us Weekly, these two are definitely hooking up, with an insider saying, “things became official over the past week while they were in New York City together.”
