The Modern Family actress is one of Hollywood’s hottest women, and certainly does not need to lose weight to get into her wedding dress. But she is set on looking smaller than ever, and has already lost 10 pounds in 10 days! So how is she doing it?
Sofia is sticking to a strict meal plan that involves only 1,200 calories. “Her portions are tiny,” an insider admits.
While the beauty has revealed in the past that working out is “punishment,” she’s been hitting her home treadmill and doing Pilates. Her man is a huge help, given not only his sexiness, but also because “he loves working out” Sofia said recently.
And if you’re worried about her losing her signature curves, you aren’t alone. Her girlfriends are also worried, and are “keeping an eye on her,” the source adds.
