Soulja Boy has run into some more trouble with the law. The rapper was arrested on Friday, March 15, for allegedly violating the terms of his parole.
According to reports, Soulja Boy, 28, was in the San Fernando Valley area of California when he was taken into custody. He was nabbed during a meeting with his parole officer.
His arrest came after law enforcement searched his home in February and allegedly found ammunition.
As a term of his probation, the “New Drip” rapper is prohibited from owning any kind of gun or ammo.
Soulja Boy was released but he is slated to appear in front of a judge on Friday.
Law enforcement obtained the February search warrant after a woman accused the Chicago native of kidnapping and assaulting her.
The woman claimed he tied her up to a chair in his Agoura Hills home, held her captive for hours and left her with fractured ribs and a concussion.
