Spencer and Heidi Pratt decided to say "I Do" ten years after initially getting hitched by renewing their wedding vows on Wednesday. Read on for all the details.
The Hills: New Beginnings stars renewed their vows in an intimate outdoor ceremony along the coastline of Santa Barbara, California.
E! News obtained photos from their special day, where Heidi looked gorgeous in a white mini-dress with a sheer tulle skit and bedazzled belt and neckline. Spencer kept it classic and chic in a simple black suit.
A source revealed to E! News that camera crews for The Hills: New Beginnings were present for the ceremony. Some of their costars made it out for their vow renewals, including Whitney Port and Frankie Delgado.

Spencer and Heidi first eloped back in November of 2008. They had an official wedding ceremony five months later.
Heidi welcomed their first child, a boy named Gunner, in October of 2017. He was seen filming The Hills: New Beginnings with his parents recently.
