Ahead of Spencer's outing, his sister Stephanie Pratt announced her move back to London and said she will not be filming season two of The Hills reboot.
“So happy to be back home in London, where evil siblings don’t exist,” she said on July 2 of her drama with Spencer and his wife Heidi Montag.
"Spencer often screamed that everyone hates me, is fake nice to me and to go back to London because no one wants me here,” she added.
