There were stars galore last night across the pond, where Cher, Meryl Streep and many others attended the U.K. premiere of Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again.

The film picks up eight years after the original was released, in which Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) learns about her mother's (Meryl Streep) interesting past while she herself is pregnant.
