This situation does not look good at all. Mel B aka Scary Spice filed for divorce from Stephen Belafonte recently and that is not all she did. According to reports, Mel B has filed a restraining order claiming her ex abused her on numerous occasions and even cheated on her.
On Monday, the singer and television personality had her lawyer file a claim, and now, Stephen is not to step near Mel B or her three children.
In the claim, Mel B reportedly stated that not only did he punch her with a "closed fist" after getting jealous over her doing a segment with Usher on X Factor back in 2012, but he also impregnated their nanny. Stephen allegedly paid her hundreds of thousands of dollars for "alleged nanny services" after the baby was aborted.

Moreover, in 2014, Mel B claims she was so overcome by the awful relationship that she swallowed a bottle of Aspirin and he stopped her from calling authorities afterwards and told her to "die, b****!"
Sadly, that is not all. He allegedly even threatened her with violence according to reports and tried to destroy her career when she said she no longer wanted to be in the marriage.
