Tahj Mowry is out here living! It's hard for Smart Guy fans to grapple with the fact that the actor is 31-years-old, but it's true. But he's still acting he's in his teens.
The handsome actor shows off his digs for People, and though he lives in Los Angeles, his home looks straight out of the Hamptons!
And shockingly, as wealthy as he is with those Smart Guy checks still coming in, he bought some of his household goods from K-Mart. Seriously!
"My house is vert white, modern and picturesque, but when you walk inside, it's lived in," he said.

And his place is the spot to be, he brags. "This is definitely the party spot. I host a lot of game nights and barbeques."
On top of the modern feel, Tahj's place even has a relaxation room in the three-bedroom and three-bathroom space, which he uses to write music and practice meditation.
