Tamar Braxton has been facing rumors over the past few weeks that she lost her record deal with Epic Records as she dealt with the drama surrounding her exit from The Real! And as the questions surrounding her departure from the show continue, Epic Records’ CEO, L.A. Reid, is offering some major updates on the singer’s status with the label!
Speaking to HipHollywood.com, Reid confirmed that Braxton is still a member of the Epic family!
“No, that’s not true … major key, don’t listen to the gossip,” Reid said when asked about the rumors that Braxton had been dropped.

And his reveal to HH came just days after her former The Real co-hosts — Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry — gave a few updates on the show!
In their first interview since the scandal broke, Love said that the search for Braxton’s replacement had already started.
And she added that none of the girls had any idea that Braxton wouldn’t be returning to the show for Season 3!
But Braxton isn’t letting the career plot twist get her down as she continues to promote her family’s Braxton Family Values reality show’s fifth season and travel with her sisters, her son, Logan Vincent, and her husband, Vincent Herbert!
