While reminiscing about the late music legend Prince with her The Real co-hosts on Tuesday, Tamar Braxton revealed that she once had an unexpected issue with the singer!
Braxton shared that she almost sued Prince over one of his artists!
“He was like, like the god father to us younger artists. Even… he was a really good friend of my sisters. And when my sister went through her bankruptcy and she didn’t want to sing anymore. She wasn’t feeling it, he was like ‘you’re crazy, you have a gift,’ she said.
She then added, “Something I never told anybody openly before uh was he had this artist named Tamar. I don’t know if y’all remember, this was a long time ago. Yes and I was gonna sue Prince. He tried it! And so…,” she said, before Tamera Mowry shockingly responded, "No way! No way!”

But I want you to use your name and I want you to put it to good use,'” she said.
