PHOTOSA Family Torn Apart! RHOC Star Tamra Judge’s Daughter Refuses To Spend Time With Her
Tamra Judge and her ex-husband Simon Barney have been battling in divorce court for years. Allegations include neglect and abuse but the worse and most shocking development is that their daughter, Sidney, recently begged a court judge to stop forcing her to spend time with her monster mom!
RadarOnline obtained the court documents that show the 16-year-old appeared at her parents’ latest court hearing on August 24th. She “expressed a desire to speak with the court” according to the docs.
Since October 2013, Sidney has been living while her father and he’s been fighting for full custody. A court recently ordered them to seek therapy together and the teen is not having any of it.
The court documents also say that Sidney is “extraordinary sic reluctant to see and have a relationship with her mother.” They continue to explain that, “it is clear” Sidney “does NOT wish to participate and will not go to ‘Overcoming Barrios sic with her mother.”

The Overcoming Barriers site explains that the program is a single-day family intervention when the child refuses to have contact with his/her parent.

Sidney and her mother have had a tumultuous past. In April 2014, the teen went on a Twitter rant about how her mother is a liar. Around the same time, explosive texts were released to the court proving harsh words between the two.
