Tarek El Moussa and girlfriend Heather Rae Young kicked off 2020 together! On January 1, the couple took to Instagram and shared intimate photos from their very first New Year’s celebration.
In the first photo, Tarek, 38, was casually dressed in a grey shirt and a ball cap. The 32-year-old Selling Sunset star wore a black top and she cuddled in close to her boyfriend. In the second snap, the couple shared a New Year’s kiss.
On his account, under the slideshow, the Flip or Flop star penned a sweet caption and teased his plans for the years ahead. “I am so ready to start the most defining decade of my life with @heatherraeyoung by my side!!” he wrote.
“I just love New Years but I love new decades even more!” he continued. “It gives us an opportunity to set a solid 10-year plan!!”
“I’ll be sharing my 2020 goals with you very soon! I’ll be sharing my entire life with you as long as you let me :)” Tarek wrote before adding, “We ended up in Las Vegas last night with a great group of friends and here is our midnight pics!!”

Over on her account, Heather posted the same photoset and gushed over her man. “Me + You Love of my life ❤️ Best Friend,” she wrote.
In addition to New Year's, the happy couple also spent Christmas together. They were also joined by Tarek's kids (who he shares with his ex-wife Christina Anstead). Under a picture of himself, Heather, his son Brayden and his daughter Taylor, Tarek beamed over his blended family. "I just love photos like this! It captures true spirit of Christmas...Happiness," he wrote.
"For the past few years, Christmas has been just me and my babies :)," the HGTV star continued. "This year is different!! @heatherraeyoung has joined our little family and I couldn’t be happier!! This may just be the best year of my life and I know it’s the beginning of the best decade of my life!"
