If Lorde blended her electro-rock style of music with Taylor Swift’s pop, there is no doubt that the duo would have a major hit on their hands! But according to Lorde, she doesn’t plan to make music with her friend anytime soon.
The “Yellow Flicker Beat” singer told E! during the Golden Globes, “She’s amazing and she’s very talented, but I feel like the way she writes is very much her voice. It's the same with me. We're very kind of singular."

Although Lorde didn’t take from a Golden Globe for her Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 track, she did celebrate after the awards show with Taylor! The duo was reportedly spotted dancing together to Taylor’s hit “Blank Space.”
And while the duo has no plans to work with each other in the future, they’re still always by each other’s side! They were spotted hiking earlier this week in Los Angeles.
