‘Teen Mom 2’ Star David Eason Officially Charged After Bizarre Towing Incident
Dec. 27 2018, Updated 3:50 p.m. ET
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason must appear in court next month. He was slapped with a criminal summons stemming from an illegal towing incident this past summer.
David is scheduled to appear before the judge on January 29. Should he fail to attend the hearing, he will be held in contempt of the court.
A man claiming to be Terry Hill later explained to local station WECT 6 News that vehicles with legally registered disabled permits can park for free in metered spots.
“There is probable cause to believe,” the court papers read, “that on or about the date of offense shown and in the county named above you unlawfully and willfully did, by placing a winch cable on victim’s vehicle and pulling same, cause damage to the transmission.”
