Another Teen Mom baby is on the way! Over the holiday weekend it was announced that the MTV reality star is expecting a baby in July and you won't believe who it is!

Surprise! Bristol Palin's ex and first baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is expecting his fourth child.
"We are excited to say a little present is on the way. Baby Johnston #4 due in July!," his wife, Sunny, wrote on Instagram.
