Tekashi69 isn’t going to let his laundry list of sexual assault allegations kill his vibe. The rapper was snapped getting touchy-feely with a pair of models during a music video shoot in Miami — and it looked like his court date was the last thing on his mind.
The models splashed around and showcased their envious figures while the 22-year-old rapper sported his trademark rainbow hair.
And though he was all smiles at the time, his demeanor was very different when he appeared in a Texas court earlier Sunday. He faced arraignment on an assault charge that stemmed from him allegedly punching a 16-year-old in a mall.
New York prosecutors also want the “Gummo” rapper to receive jail time for violating a 2015 plea deal after he posted a sexually explicit video of an underage child.

As part of that deal, the New York native promised to “stay out of trouble.” However, it seems that this was too strict of a stipulation for him. In May, he allegedly assaulted a cop. In July, he was arrested because of an outstanding warrant. And once released on bail, he claimed he was kidnapped and robbed.
Nicki Minaj, who is featured on the song “Fefe” with him, even claimed that though she wished to bring him out onstage with her during her 2018 VMAs, he was barred from performing. "I wanted him to perform with me at the VMAs and somewhere along the line he didn't get approved to perform by the powers that be," she explained.
