The tables have actually turned! Teresa Giudice admitted to deeply missing her family while she served her prison sentence last year, but now the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is fearful of being a single mother while her husband Joe is behind bars.

A source told Life & Style that Teresa and Joe, both 43, were cheerful in the weeks before he turns himself into prison for 41 months, but the mother-of-four is “totally melting down.”

“She’s become so upset,” the source said, “she’s told friends she doesn’t want to be a single mom.”

Teresa is particularly worried about how much time she can devote to Gia, 15; Gabriella, 12; Milania, 10 and Audriana, 6, since she is working on a second book, opening a restaurant and filming a yoga DVD in addition to the Bravo show.

“Joe has never been a big help with the kids,” a source said, “but at least he could be left with them while she attended book signings and events.”

However, the RHONJ star is especially worried about life as a single parent because “Joe couldn’t handle parenting at all” while she was in prison and “she’s had to lay down the law all over again."
