It’s been pretty lonely in prison for Joe Giudice, because Teresa and their children have only visited a few times, according to a new report.
Teresa and their daughters — Gia, 15, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6 — have been either too busy or were unable to based on prison rules, Teresa's lawyer James Leonard told People magazine.
"She's been going up every other weekend, with whichever of the girls don't have activities," he said.

He also explained that Giudice’s prison tallies up points per visit and with other visitors and the girls’ school and activities, they can only visit “every other weekend.”

However, the lawyer said Teresa and Joe are always in contact and ”speak every day on the phone and over email and with the girls.”
As Giudice serves his 41-month sentence, RadarOnline reported that Joe is being “protected” by Mob-related inmates in Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey.
