Adrienne Bailon is looking and feeling great! The Real came back for its season premiere on September 16 after a long time away and Adrienne looked better than ever. The talk show host showed off her weight loss and attributed it to her vegan diet.

The 35-year-old admitted she stuck with her plant-based diet and revealed it helped her with managing her Hashimoto's disease.

The former Disney Channel star's cohosts — Loni LoveJeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry — couldn't help but gush over their BFF's new look! "Did you do anything to prepare for the season? You look fantabulous," Loni exclaimed.

"I said last season that I went vegan. I stuck with it all summer and stuck with a plant-based diet. It has made a world of a difference," Adrienne explained.

"Lots of you guys know I suffer from Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune disease. So it's really been helpful for that. I feel great and happy to be back," she said. The sickness is an autoimmune disease that damages the thyroid gland. Tamera interjected as she pointed to Jeannie's face, "And you can see it!"

The New York native previously rocked her weight loss at an event in April. In February, she revealed that she was adopting the vegan diet with a post on Instagram. She shared a picture in front of her fridge filled with veggies captioned, “The face you make when you officially choose to follow a Vegan / Plant based diet!

Her husband Israel Houghton won't be joining Adrienne in her Vegan journey. “My husband is not vegan but eats almost 70% plant based," she said after a fan questioned her as to why there were eggs in their fridge.
