Loni Love opened up about a personal story on Tuesday, February 19, on The Real about how when she was still working as an engineer, she was discriminated against due to her hairstyle. The 47-year-old shared her experience when she and her cohosts Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai were talking about the recent hair ban New York City has put into place. The ban is to ensure that no one can discriminate a person based on their hair.
