Tiffani Thiessen is all grown up. She's dropped the "Amber" and has taken her career in a whole new direction. The actress/teen idol is now a proud cookbook author, and was recently photographed signing copies of her new book, Pull Up A Chair: Recipes From My Family to Yours, at The Grove in L.A. on Tuesday. Read on to see the pics.

Tiffani wore a navy blue and cream-colored dress to her event and was all smiles as she posed for cameras during the signing.

Her new book is a compilation of family recipes. "It's not just about the food," Tiffani recently said at the BUILD Series in NYC. "It's really about creating memories and moments with the people that you love."

While she's writing cookbooks now, Tiffani's career could've gone very differently if she'd gotten Jennifer Aniston's role in Friends. She recently revealed she went out for and explained that she "was just a little too young." She went on Nikki Glaser's podcast and said she was "a little too young for the pairing for the rest of the actors.”

The '90s heartthrob has been busy this year. She recently reunited with her Saved by the Bell cast member Mario Lopez on The Ellen Degeneres Show.

Now she'll be even busier promoting her new book, which she says is not only about feeding your family, but about unplugging and connecting to one another. "It's about putting all that aside and really looking at somebody and connecting with them," she said at BUILD before adding, "while you're stuffing your face of course."
