Jordan, 30, is a former tight-end for the Miami Dolphins. He also used to play for the Cleveland Browns from 2011-2014.
Elin's boyfriend is also a two-sport athlete. Jordan played both basketball and football during his time in college. He played basketball at Brigham Young University and then transferred to the University of Southern California to play football. Ultimately, he decided to pursue football full-time.

Jordan was friends with Kendall Jenner’s ex-boyfriend Blake Griffin. The two know each other from their time playing basketball at the University of Southern California. Blake, 30, made a video in 2011 showing his support for his “main man” Jordan ahead of the NFL Draft.
Jordan is also uncle to Blake’s two children. His sister Brynn is the NBA player’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama.
The former athlete retired from the NFL in 2017 after he suffered a total of four concussions during his professional career.
